LncRNA MKRN3-AS1 promotes metastasis and autophagy of hepatocellular carcinoma by sponging multiple microRNAs.
It is found that lncRNA MKRN3-AS1 was dramatically upregulated in HCC tissues and associated with poor prognosis, and may be a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for HCC.
