DRAN: A Distribution and Relation Adaptive Network for Spatio-temporal Forecasting
The Distribution and Relation Adaptive Network (DRAN) is proposed, which incorporates a Spatial Factor Learner (SFL) module, which enables effective normalization and de-normalization while preserving spatial dependencies in spatio-temporal systems.
