Bergamottin, a bioactive component of bergamot: dual inhibition of Japanese encephalitis virus internalization and genome replication.

It is indicated that bergamottin exerted antiviral activity by dual targeting of key steps in the viral life cycle, making it a highly promising candidate for anti-JEV therapy.
