FJX1 drives FOLFOX resistance via PPARγ-mediated EMT and serves as a prognostic biomarker in colorectal cancer
Highlights • FJX1 is overexpressed in CRC and predicts poor patient survival.• FJX1 drives FOLFOX resistance by directly binding and activating PPARγ.• FJX1-PPARγ interaction promotes EMT, proliferation, and tumor migration.• Disrupting the FJX1-PPARγ axis with FX909 restores chemosensitivity.
