PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AS A PREDICTOR OF SATISFACTION AND PERFORMANCE IN STUDENT TEAMS
The paper examines the role of psychological safety in team management. Based on data from 97 participants and using correlation and regression analyses, psychological safety was identified as a key predictor of satisfaction with team outcomes, while individual performance was primarily associated with personal contribution.
