Formal Appendix IV is the fourth cumulative stage of the 2026 Natural-Chance Red Line programme. It consolidates the representational-jurisdiction criterion, the quantitative residual-fibre boundary, the Stage III Enigma-2 operationalization, and the A+B-K-T conservative bridge into a single auditable framework. The exact result is representation-theoretic and information-theoretic. Let P:X→YP:X\rightarrow Y be the retained readout and J:X→ZJ:X\rightarrow Z an external task. If two source states are identified by PP while the task JJ must distinguish them, then JJ does not factor through PP, the task-relative residual fibre is non-zero, and no closed post-processing of the same readout can reconstruct the erased antecedent. Computational scaling, neural processing, voting, consensus, institutional endorsement, or multiplication of AI agents operating exclusively on the same PP do not create the missing source information. Appendix IV therefore makes explicit what is formally ruled out under the declared assumptions: a P-closed architecture cannot certify source completeness for a task whose task-relevant distinction has already been erased by P. The prohibited inference is not the use of an exact representation within its demonstrated jurisdiction; it is the extension of completeness or decision authority beyond that jurisdiction without an informationally valid crossing. Three admissible exits remain: demonstrate factorization of the external task through PP; restrict the claim or authority to the jurisdiction actually established for PP; or introduce an independently sourced K,TK,T channel and demonstrate positive separator gain on a frozen independent test. The appendix develops this conservative crossing through an A+B-K-T operator architecture, including orthogonal representation sectors, Feshbach-Schur reduction, a chiral bridge, an isospectral blind spot, order/provenance witnesses, Bridge-OFF discrimination, frozen holdouts, negative controls and independent replication. A spectral or computational match inside the retained sector is therefore not treated as a certificate of unique source reconstruction. The governance consequence is immediate whenever representations become action channels. In scientific institutions, legal authorization, automated defence, industrial control, AI governance and autonomous agent systems, repeated optimization of an information-losing readout can scale the consequences of the blind spot without reconstructing the omitted distinction. Authority is therefore task-relative to the information actually preserved. The same criterion applies conditionally to ordered symbolic systems. Whenever a digital-language or human-language task depends on sequence, provenance, context or history, collapsing order is admissible only if the task is shown to remain invariant under that collapse. A non-zero order witness constitutes an auditable task-relative failure of that assumption. Statement of Intent This graphic novel was not conceived as a sequence of images generated from simple prompts. Each scene results from a cross-analysis of Thierry Origas’s documentary corpus by frontier AI systems, drawing on his PDFs, their concepts, their internal links, and their continuity. The words, formulations, and meaning-bearing images were then reviewed and validated by Thierry Origas in his own language, in order to avoid misunderstandings and distortions as much as possible. The purpose of this book is therefore not merely to present results, but to convey the spirit of an expanded way of thinking, its framework, its tensions, and its way of looking at reality like an intellectual cabin in which different representations can be confronted without being prematurely collapsed into one another, in the spirit of major scientific dialogues such as those between Einstein and Bohr. Since no direct meeting took place despite the requests addressed to the relevant institutions and individuals, Thierry Origas considered this format one of the most accessible ways to make his reasoning visible, to show the contemporary world to which he applies it, to clarify the position of his Red Line, and to explain the meaning of the scientific documents associated with this DOI. This graphic novel is therefore an entry point into the corpus: an aid to understanding, not a substitute for the scientific PDFs that remain the primary reference.
