Advantages of Fluctuating Noise for Measuring Speech Intelligibility in Listeners With Hearing Loss
It is demonstrated that speech intelligibility measurements incorporating fluctuating maskers provide potentially relevant information beyond standard assessments and can support a more individualized assessment of hearing loss.
