Supplementary material for "Temporal Reconfiguration of the Generative AI Research Vocabulary: Evidence from Scopus, 2020–2025"
This supplementary material accompanies the research article “Temporal Reconfiguration of the Generative AI Research Vocabulary: Evidence from Scopus, 2020–2025”. The supplementary package contains the analytical datasets, statistical outputs, terminology resources, and supporting tables and materials underlying the empirical analysis of temporal changes in the vocabulary of generative artificial intelligence research between 2020 and 2025. The materials document the construction of the analytical vocabularies, annual terminology prevalence, statistical comparisons between the pre-ChatGPT (2020–2022) and post-ChatGPT (2023–2025) periods, effect-size assessments, and related supplementary analyses. They are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the reported findings. The underlying bibliometric corpus was derived from Scopus records covering publications on generative artificial intelligence during 2020–2025. The supplementary files are intended to be used in conjunction with the published article and provide the detailed evidence supporting its methods and results.
