Prevalence, Patterns, and Associated Factors of Cardiac Arrhythmias in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: A Cross-Sectional Study in Nepal

Female gender was significantly associated with arrhythmias, while LAMA use was less common, and the need for regular cardiovascular assessment and electrocardiographic monitoring for early detection and management of cardiac arrhythmias is highlighted.
