This paper proposes an AI-enabled target architecture for integrating generative and agentic AI capabilities into Enterprise Architecture. It combines capability modelling, governance, data and platform architecture, lifecycle controls, and investment analysis to show how organizations can move from isolated AI experiments to scalable, governed AI products. The revised version extends the framework to agentic AI through agent identity, action authorization, tool governance, human oversight, and auditable execution.
