THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NURSING SERVICES AND PATIENT SATISFACTION LEVELS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM OF PURUK CAHU REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL

Findings indicate that better nursing services are associated with higher patient satisfaction, and improving nursing care quality through effective communication, responsiveness, empathy, and professional competence is essential to enhance patient satisfaction and healthcare service quality.
