Structural Brain Biomarkers for Identifying Progressive Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment
The study revealed structural brain abnormalities in aMCI, characterized by reduced hippocampal and hippocampal subfield volumes, as well as amygdala volume reduction, while other subcortical structures were relatively preserved.
