Structural-component model and methodological approach to assessing the organizational resilience of the enterprise in the conditions of war and post-war recovery
The article substantiates a structural-component approach to the formation of enterprise organizational resilience and develops a methodological approach to assessing its level under conditions of war and post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy. It is established that the current economic environment is characterized by high uncertainty, nonlinear risks, instability of logistics systems, human capital losses, security threats, and accelerated digital transformation, which necessitates the development of new approaches to ensuring enterprise adaptability and sustainability. Based on the generalization of modern scientific approaches, a structural-component model of organizational resilience is proposed, including strategic, organizational, human resource, psychological, security, digital, communication, logistics, innovation, financial, and social components. It is proved that the interaction of these components forms the adaptive capacity of an enterprise and determines its ability to maintain continuity of operations, respond to external challenges, and ensure long-term development. A system of indicators for assessing organizational resilience has been developed, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of individual resilience components and the identification of vulnerable elements within the management system. A methodological approach based on calculating an integrated organizational resilience index is proposed. The approach includes the stages of indicator formation, normalization of indicators, determination of weighting coefficients, calculation of the integrated index, and interpretation of the obtained results. A scale for assessing organizational resilience levels is developed, allowing enterprises to be classified according to critical, low, sufficient, and high levels of resilience. The proposed methodology provides a practical basis for monitoring resilience dynamics, conducting comparative analysis, and supporting managerial decision-making aimed at improving enterprise adaptability, sustainability, and competitiveness. The study concludes that the proposed structural-component model and methodological approach create a methodological foundation for strengthening enterprise resilience and supporting sustainable economic recovery in Ukraine under wartime and post-war conditions.
