Mixture-of-Experts Serving

A polynomial-time $O(\sqrt{\log k})$-competitive online algorithm, where $k$ is the number of GPUs beyond one per expert, and a matching $\Omega(\sqrt{\log k})$ barrier for the online dual problem underlying the analysis.
