Developing intellectual capital in the context of improving project management processes

Indicating the role and methods of developing intellectual capital in terms of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of project implementation. A literature review and preliminary results of the author. Intellectual capital has become a resource that supports both the personal development of the project professional and the strategic goals of a modern organization. Attributes such as time, budget, resource availability, and above all competencies are becoming increasingly important; against this background, intellectual capital plays an integrating role and helps broaden knowledge within the organization throughout the entire project life cycle. The need to treat intellectual capital as a strategic project resource and to consciously integrate it within the enterprise as part of modern project management processes was also emphasized.
