A logistic paradigm to predict molecular glioblastoma on clinical MRI

The logistic strategy achieved high sensitivity and discrimination for identifying mGBM according to CNS WHO 2021 and demonstrated more consistent calibration across observers, which support the further evaluation of the tool, particularly in radiologically atypical mGBM.
