Chronic Venous Intervention Using a Large-Bore, Vacuum-Assisted Aspiration System
The patient had a history of implantable cardioverter-defibrillator insertion, who presented for chronic pulmonary embolism, and was later diagnosed with an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator infection, complicated with septic pulmonary embolization.
