Reproducibility package for "Food-Assistance Modality, Geographic Patterning, and Child Nutrition in Rohingya Camps: A Reanalysis of Public Replication Data"
This deposit contains the complete reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Food-Assistance Modality, Geographic Patterning, and Child Nutrition in Rohingya Camps: A Reanalysis of Public Replication Data.” The package includes an executable Python analysis workflow, source-data checksum, software-version manifest, complete machine-readable analytical outputs, output checksums, a 15-sheet supplementary workbook, reproduction instructions, Zenodo metadata information, and a preprint revision notice. The analysis reuses the public child-level dataset available from Harvard Dataverse under DOI 10.7910/DVN/5BAN6C. The source dataset is not redistributed in this deposit and remains subject to the licence and access terms of the original Harvard Dataverse record. Users must obtain the source analytical file from Harvard Dataverse and save it as 003_data.txt beside the analysis script before running the workflow. The materials reproduce the descriptive balance assessment, camp distribution, regression specifications, camp-clustered inference, restricted wild cluster score tests, common-support assessment, mixed-modality-camp analyses, household-cluster bootstrap distance contrasts, small-camp sensitivity analyses, logistic stability diagnostics, variance inflation factors, and correlation analyses. No new primary data were collected.
