HFEMCNet is proposed, a novel compact hybrid frequency-enriched multi-channel network that jointly exploits spatiotemporal dependencies and frequency domain information derived via Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and is suitable for real-time deployment on resource-constrained platforms.
