Event-Triggered Practical Fixed-Time Integral Reinforcement Learning for Unknown Nonlinear Systems

The paper shows that, under the event-triggered implementation, the closed-loop system still achieves practical fixed-time stability, while the proposed triggering rule guarantees the exclusion of Zeno behavior.
