This case series highlights the effectiveness and tolerability of dabrafenib plus trametinib for BRAF V600E-mutant ECD, including cases with CNS and cardiovascular involvement, and further prospective studies are warranted to clarify the long-term effectiveness, resistance mechanisms, and optimal duration.
