SeqVOI: Sequential Finite-Population Certification for Biomolecular Design
Consolidated SeqVOI software and frozen result artifacts for GB1, AAV2, and ProteinGym external validation. Includes the 7,900-trial GB1/AAV mechanism-and-sensitivity suite and 2,944 ProteinGym trials across 184 assays and 159 UniProt groups, nested leave-one-UniProt-out Guarded-SeqVOI controllers, ten-method comparisons, tests, and reproducibility documentation. ProteinGym remains YELLOW: total-label reduction versus locked greedy is 5.60% with a one-sided 97.5% lower bound of 4.31%, below the required 5%. Post-run reporting corrections are separated from immutable results; missing provenance exports and incomplete secondary anytime checkpoints are documented. This is a software/results release, not a peer-reviewed paper or retrospective preregistration. Version 0.4.3 corrects LURE warm-screen estimates, includes an audited baseline-only replay, and discloses a HIS7 input reconstruction and evaluation-only sensitivity. The primary gate is unchanged.
