Transcript Score Audit v0.4.3: code-only distribution
This record contains the code-only distribution of Transcript Score Audit, version 0.4.3, associated with the manuscript “A Cohort-Aware Audit Framework for Transcriptomic Composite Scores.”The archive includes Python source code, analysis scripts, twelve tests, synthetic example inputs, reference outputs, configuration files, dependency specifications, and a small simulation smoke-test workflow.This distribution is not the complete journal Supplementary Software archive. Patient-level congenital heart disease inputs, clinical metadata, original expression matrices, third-party gene-set snapshots, and the full study results are excluded. Reproducing the congenital heart disease analyses requires additional inputs described in the README.The synthetic examples and simulation smoke test support checks of installation and execution; they do not constitute full reproduction of the manuscript’s analyses. Users should consult the README for installation instructions, available workflows, required external resources, and the scope of this distribution.
