Artesunate Targets MBL2 to Modulate the TLR4/NRF2/HO‑1 Axis and Ameliorate Podophyllotoxin‑Induced Liver Injury
This study elucidates that ART alleviates DILI through targeting MBL2, thereby dually modulating the NF-κB/NRF2 signaling axis to simultaneously suppress inflammatory responses and enhance endogenous antioxidant defenses.
