Distributed Artificial Intelligence for Agentic Intent-Based Networking in Mobile Networks

Through intent-based networking (IBN), network objectives are specified declaratively, yet in mobile networks their realisation spans administrative domains that compete for coupled radio, transport and compute resources but cannot share local models and telemetry. A distributed artificial intelligence (DAI) controller...

CAS: A Causal Attribution Score for Local and Global Explainable Artificial Intelligence

Predictive explanation methods attribute a model output; they do not, by themselves, attribute an intervention effect on the real-world outcome. We introduce the Causal Attribution Score (CAS), a compact score architecture for causal explanation. CAS starts from an identified interventional coalition game, allocates th...

IoXT: The Internet of Explainable Things. Why Explainability in IoT Requires a New System-Level Paradigm and Protocol Design

The Internet of Things (IoT) increasingly combines sensing, communication, artificial intelligence (AI), decision-making, and actuation. In many domains, sensor observations are processed by edge or cloud intelligence to select actions that configure or control actuators; where actuation changes the environment, later...

Quantum-Assisted Cross-Layer Intrusion Detection and Distributed-AI-Driven (QSec-DAI) Active Attribution of Insider and Man-in-the-Middle Attacks in Cooperative Sensing

The quantum component is presented as one resource-constrained strong-authentication option rather than as a source of quantum-enhanced anomaly detection, indicating that several classical defenses suppress attacks mainly by discarding cooperative information rather than by preserving useful cooperation.

STGen: A Lightweight Process-Based Testbed for Scalable IoT Protocol Evaluation with Physically Validated Synthetic Sensor and Anomaly Generation

Results show that STGen provides a scalable and reproducible bridge between lightweight protocol emulation and practical deployment-oriented IoT protocol evaluation, and exposes deployment-relevant behavior that controlled emulation alone may hide.
