Parsing the Functional Heterogeneity of the Psychosis Spectrum: A Clinically Informed Application of Genomic Structural Equation Modeling

It is demonstrated that a clinically informed genomic model can shed light on the functional heterogeneity of psychosis, identify both unique and shared biological components and highlight its partial neurodevelopmental origin.
