Abstract A100: A computational framework for integrating multiscale spatial data in intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms

Recent advances in spatial multi-omics have improved our ability to study tissue architecture, cellular heterogeneity, and cell-cell interactions within the tumor microenvironment. Xenium and Visium HD provide complementary strengths: Xenium offers true single-cell and subcellular spatial resolution but is limite...

Abstract IA011: Decoding actionable tumor ecosystems through spatial multi-omics and AI

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) evolves within highly organized and dynamic tumor ecosystems in which malignant, stromal, and immune cell populations continuously interact in space. We conceptualize this spatial organization as a “cellular language,” where the identity, state, and spatial arrangement of indiv...

Panitumumab-Based EGFR Blockade in SMARCB1-Deficient Renal Medullary Carcinoma: Preclinical Basis and Prospective Clinical Activity

Purpose: SMARCB1-deficient renal medullary carcinoma (RMC) is an ultra-rare, lethal malignancy refractory to therapies approved for other renal cell carcinomas, and its rarity makes randomized trials logistically unfeasible. We investigated whether wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a therapeutically...

Single Cell Analysis of the Tumor Microenvironment Landscape Across the Disease Spectrum of Multiple Myeloma.

This study provides a comprehensive single-cell immune atlas of multiple myeloma and its precursors, offering insights into TME organization and progression, and may guide development of stage-specific or ecotype-targeted immunotherapies.

Pharmacologic Inhibition of SOX9-CDK4 by CYD-4-61 Impairs Gastric Adenocarcinoma Growth and Amplifies Anti-PD-1 Response.

Findings identify the BAX-SOX9-CDK4 axis as an important mechanism contributing to the antitumor activity of CYD-4-61 and provide a strong preclinical rationale for its further development as a therapeutic strategy for aggressive GAC.
