BLTP2 bridges the ER and MVB for exosome biogenesis at SCAMP3-dependent ER contacts.

The findings suggest that BLTP2 transfers the BMP/lysobisphosphatidic acid (LBPA) precursor PG to MVBs for BMP/LBPA synthesis and promotes ILV/exosome formation at SCAMP3-dependent ER-MVB MCSs.

Inflammatory kinase TBK1 suppresses homologous recombination DNA repair to sensitize tumors to chemotherapy.

Findings reveal a previously unrecognized function of TBK1 in modulating the DNA-damage response, linking inflammatory signaling to genome destabilization and identifying the TBK1-MRE11 axis as a potential target to enhance chemotherapeutic efficacy are revealed.
