Intelligent Decision Making for Digital Equity: A Data-Driven Legal and Business Analysis of the UAE Metaverse Ecosystem
It is shown that digital literacy, income, and perceived benefit are all strongly related and positively associated, but inequality prevents participation, which highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to governance and regulation of VA and a developed business law system.
