An Integrative Transcriptomic, Network Pharmacology, and Molecular Docking Analysis of the Ferroptosis–Fibrosis Axis in Cardiomyopathy with Exploratory Relevance to Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

The findings are consistent with a fibrosis-dominant remodeling signature and suggest potential network-level links between ferroptosis-associated processes and cardiac fibrosis and require validation in independent cohorts and experimental studies.
