Targeting the Oxysterol Receptor GPR183 to Mitigate Fibrogenesis in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Findings identify an oxysterol-GPR183 signaling axis that contributes to pulmonary fibrogenesis and provide a strong preclinical rationale for targeting GPR183 as a novel therapeutic strategy for IPF.
