This revised study re-examined YABBY-associated protein models and integrated phylogenetic, structural, promoter, public transcriptomic and qRT-PCR analyses, with emphasis on cold and PEG-induced osmotic stress, and prioritizes candidates for future functional validation under controlled osmotic and cold stress conditions.
