When Nurses Witness Discrimination: Epistemological Silence and the Nursing Justice Reflexivity Framework.

Nursing knowledge has historically privileged individualistic, depoliticised, and clinically neutral frameworks, thereby indirectly marginalising and rendering structural inequality less visible, and this article argues that this absence is not a mere oversight but an epistemological pattern.
