Integrative single-cell and spatial transcriptomic analysis reveals a lactate-driven crosstalk between NFATc4⁺ tumor cells and SPP1⁺ macrophages in glioblastoma
In vitro functional assays confirmed that NFATc4 knockdown in GBM cells suppressed tumor cell proliferation, migration, and cell cycle while promoting apoptosis, confirming the functional relevance of the NFATc4–SPP1 axis.
