Association Between Sleep Disorders and Breast Cancer: An Analysis Based on NHANES and Mendelian Randomization
Cross-sectional analysis of NHANES 2007–2018 cross-sectional data found no overall association between sleep disorders and BC, and Mendelian randomization provided suggestive evidence of a modest association between genetically predicted sleep disorders and ER−, but not ER+, BC.
