It is demonstrated that NSF-based multidimensional analysis integrating PGM-based GPC3 protein detection and Septin9/RASSF1A methylation profiling provides substantial complementary diagnostic value to conventional pathology, presenting a promising strategy for precision diagnosis of liver cancer.
