RDPA-UNet provides robust lesion segmentation performance across heterogeneous ultrasound datasets while maintaining competitive boundary-localization accuracy, and demonstrates the effectiveness and complementarity of residual encoding, differential-path feature modeling, and multi-scale contextual aggregation.
