The article examines the concept of digital transformation, its essence, and its impact on the activities of modern organizations. The rapid changes in the global competitive environment, the development of information technologies, and the expansion of the digital economy have necessitated the formation of new approaches in organizational management systems. The study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on strategic management, decision-making processes, human resource management, and organizational effectiveness. At the same time, the advantages of implementing digital technologies, including operational flexibility, data-driven decision-making, innovation opportunities, and competitive advantages, are evaluated. In addition, issues such as cybersecurity risks, employee resistance, and technological dependence are also considered.
