Design and Evaluation of a Multi-Level Verification System for Secure Communication Protocols in Energy Billing
A Hybrid Secure-Efficient Protocol (HSEP) combining elliptic curve cryptography, homomorphic encryption, and zero-knowledge proofs is developed to provide secure authentication, privacy protection, and verifiable data integrity while maintaining low computational overhead.
