UNC93B1 drives IL-6/STAT3-dependent tumor–macrophage crosstalk and epithelial–mesenchymal transition in breast cancer

Integrated multi-omics analyses and functional experiments demonstrate that UNC93B1 promotes IL-6/STAT3-dependent tumor–macrophage communication, thereby enhancing M2-like macrophage polarization, EMT activation, and invasive tumor behavior.
