Whole-genome sequencing reveals tumor T-cell infiltration associated with immunotherapy outcomes

The CIDER T-cell score provides a DNA-based measure of tumor T-cell infiltration derived from reconstructed CDR3 sequences that expands the repertoire of immune biomarkers obtainable from routine WGS and supports integrated genomic and immune profiling for precision immuno-oncology.
