Cortical speech envelope tracking reflects lesion-symptom profiles in post-stroke aphasia

In the temporal group, where comprehension was impaired, better envelope tracking at syllable rates may help build a stable representation of the speech stream supporting phonological and lexical analysis and comprehension.
