Development of Genome-Derived InDel Markers and Genetic Diversity Analysis of Caragana acanthophylla in Xinjiang, China
The results support the eight-marker panel as a practical, low-cost tool for preliminary germplasm characterization and broader sample screening, while genome-wide SNP data provide substantially greater resolution for population-level inference.
