Low molecular weight-dextran sulphate exerts nephroprotective effects against RI/RI by restoring redox balance, suppressing inflammatory signaling, JNK/p38 MAPK, and caspase-3, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for renal I/R-induced AKI.
