A Deep Reinforcement Learning-based Interest-Aware Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) scheme, called DIA, that guarantees the quality of perceptually key objects in each frame, while dynamically allocating lower resolutions for non-key objects to conserve bandwidth under constrained network conditions is proposed.
