Polygenic Risk Profiles and the Manifestations of Alcohol Use Disorder and Related Outcomes

Among individuals with AUD, high EXT PGS was associated with CD/ASPD, arousal/aggression alcohol expectancies, and relaxation/tension reduction alcohol expectancies; high MDD PGS was associated with MDD and neuroticism.

Stakeholder views on implementing a novel addiction screening and prevention tool in a hospital setting: A qualitative study.

There is a clear need for a low-burden, easy-to-use tool for substance use prevention and CARES appears to be an acceptable and feasible approach to fill this gap.
