Clinical Impact of Fingolimod-Associated Lymphopenia in Multiple Sclerosis: A Real-World Cohort Study

Fingolimod-associated lymphopenia was common, with Grade 4 lymphopenia affecting approximately one-tenth of patients; however, the small number of Grade 4 cases, low event rate and wide confidence interval limited the statistical power to exclude clinically meaningful differences.
