Time-partitioning Gaussian Process Mixture Model

The Time-partitioning Gaussian Process Mixture Model (TPGPMM), a Bayesian nonparametric framework for regime identification and nonstationary prediction that infers such regimes and their within-regime dependence from data, without Markovian assumptions is proposed.
