This work proposes an ontology-guided, multiagent differential diagnosis framework that replicates the iterative reasoning process of physicians, and grounds diagnostic inference in a structured, expert-curated medical knowledge base, enabling interpretation of symptoms, clinical findings, or disease relationships.
