An Emulation Anchored Digital Twin Testbed for Cyberattack and Defense Analysis in Hospital IT OT Environments

This work presents a hospital IT and OT cybersecurity testbed coupled with a digital twin for monitoring, experimentation, and validation of countermeasures and provides a foundation for extending the emulated environment toward a hardware-enabled hospital digital twin.

AttackLogGen: Benchmarking LLMs for generating attack logs

Evaluation across semantic similarity, distributional consistency, discriminability tests, and structural fidelity shows that LLM-generated logs—particularly using GPT-4o-mini, closely approximate real MHMS activity, enabling safe and scalable experimentation for intrusion-detection research.
